What it Means to be I-CAR Gold Class Designated

At Conestoga Collision, our ownership and staff aim for excellence on every job. Talking about “aiming for excellence” is something that lots of shops do, but what does it really mean? I-CAR is a an organization within our industry which is committed to training and educating ownership and staff at collision shops throughout the US. They focus on not only technical aspects of repair such as new models coming out from manufacturers each year, but also the importance of maintaining a welcoming shop and delivering a high degree of customer service. To be designated an I-CAR Gold Class shop means that all of the staff at Conestoga Collision has committed individually and collectively to professional training and continuing education classes so that we can deliver a higher degree of service to our customers. Only ten percent of shops in the US are designated I-CAR Gold Class. It truly is the highest echelon of the industry as it relates to customer service and technical proficiency.
